description: "FOUNDATIONS™ Training Manager\n\nI joined Martin Engineering’s sales department in 2006. In 2010, I started teaching FOUNDATIONS™ Conveyor Operations & Maintenance Workshops. As an Instructor for FOUNDATIONS™ Training Program, I lead both live and on-line seminars on improving the efficiency of belt conveyor systems and on the value of and techniques for preventing fugitive material. I take pleasure in helping mine and plant personnel in the material-handling industry recognize problems and find solutions.\nIn my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two sons."
